Meet Dr. Mekaylah Muhammad
From a young age, Dr. Mekaylah knew her calling was to help others live healthier lives. While completing her undergraduate studies at Arkansas State University, she was introduced to chiropractic care during a presentation on its role in addressing neurodivergent disorders.
With family members affected by these conditions, the message resonated deeply. Inspired, Dr. Mekaylah pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University in Dallas, graduating in 2024.
Building Connections in Cedar Park
New to our capital city, Dr. Mekaylah was drawn to Salus Chiropractic after a natural, welcoming conversation with the team. “The energy I felt was so genuine and friendly, I knew I wanted to be part of that environment.” Now based in the Four Points area, she enjoys getting to know the community, exploring local restaurants, and discovering new coffee shops.
Her Approach to Patient Care
Dr. Mekaylah believes that true healing requires both hands-on care and patient education. She provides therapies such as StemWave®, which encourages tissue regeneration and helps ease inflammation. Moreover, she emphasizes rehabilitation and injury prevention, offering patients guidance on exercises and strategies they can continue at home. By combining in-office care with practical tools, she helps patients stay active and engaged in their health between visits.

Life Outside the Office
When she’s not in the practice, Dr. Mekaylah is likely sampling new cuisine—ramen is a current favorite—or traveling to experience different cultures. She also enjoys recharging at the gym or catching up on much-needed rest. “Sleep is how the body restores itself, so I always make sure to value it.”
Committed to Growth
Dr. Mekaylah is currently completing her board exams and plans to pursue advanced certifications to expand her clinical skills. She’s passionate about learning and looks forward to serving families across Cedar Park for years to come.
